Order Cancellation:

Before Dispatch: Once an order is placed, our team will contact you for confirmation before processing it. If you wish to cancel the order, please inform us before confirming the order during this communication. Orders can only be cancelled prior to confirmation.

After Dispatch: After you have confirmed the order, it will be processed and dispatched. Once confirmed, cancellations will not be possible as the fulfillment process begins immediately.
